What we cannot do

MyUKPayslip is an information and tools site, not a regulated financial adviser. We can't give personal financial advice on whether you should take a specific job, sign a particular mortgage, or make a tax decision. The calculators help you understand the maths, but the choice is yours.

For free regulated guidance, try Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) for general money problems, StepChange (stepchange.org) for debt issues, or MoneyHelper (moneyhelper.org.uk) for pension and retirement questions. All three are free, FCA approved or government-backed, and won't try to sell you anything.

Reporting an error

The fastest way to get a calculation error fixed is to email us with three things: which tool (e.g. "UK Salary Calculator"), the inputs you used, and what number you expected versus what we showed. With those three pieces, most errors are diagnosed and fixed within 24 to 48 hours.

For SEO or content errors (typos, broken links, factually wrong claims in guide sections), an email with the page URL and a description is enough. We typically deploy fixes weekly.
